Sometimes life happens and you can’t make it to class. We get it! Our cancellation policy helps us maintain strong relationships with our studio partners, so we appreciate you cancelling in advance when you’re able to. For many of our studios, filling reserved spots is important not only for their business but for guaranteeing you have a high-quality experience every time you attend.
Livestream classes
Late Cancel: You’re always able to cancel a livestream class or experience prior to start time with no charge, and the credits you used to book the class will be automatically returned to your account.
Missed Class: If you miss a livestream class or experience you have booked, any credits used towards that reservation will be forfeited.
In-person classes
Late Cancel: In-person classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to the start of class with no charge, and the credits you used to book the class will be automatically returned to your account. If a cancellation takes place within 12 hours of start time, a late cancellation fee up to $15, or the local equivalent (chart below), will be charged for select classes. From time to time we may review or update these fees, and if we do this will be indicated to you before you make a class booking.
Missed Class: If you miss an in-person reservation without cancelling, the credits used to book the class will be automatically returned to your account. A missed class fee up to $20, or the local equivalent (chart below), will be charged for select classes if a cancellation is not made prior to start time. From time to time we may review or update these fees, and if we do this will be indicated to you before you make a class booking.
Applicable late cancel and missed class fees will be noted in the booking experience, class cancellation confirmation pop-up, and reservation confirmation email you receive after successfully booking a class. Incurred fees will be charged and appear on your bank statement 7 days after the reservation date.
