We get it, sometimes life happens and you can’t make it to your reservation. Our cancellation policy helps us maintain strong relationships with the businesses who list on ClassPass, so we encourage you to cancel your reservation in advance when you’re able to. For many studios, gyms, salons and spas, filling reserved spots is important not only for their business, but for guaranteeing you have a high-quality experience every time you attend.
Applicable late cancel and missed reservation fees will be noted in the Cancellation Policy section of the reservation page or otherwise in the booking experience, as well as in the reservation cancellation confirmation pop-up, and reservation confirmation email you receive after successfully booking a reservation. Incurred fees will appear on your bank statement within 7 days of the reservation date.
In-person reservations
Late Cancel: In-person reservations can be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to start time with no charge, and the credits you used to book the reservation will be automatically returned to your account. If a cancellation takes place within 12 hours of start time, a late cancellation fee will be charged for select reservations (pricing chart below). From time to time we may review and/or update these fees. The latest fee will be noted in the Cancellation Policy section of the class/appointment page or otherwise before you make a reservation.
Missed Reservation: If you miss an in-person reservation without cancelling, the credits used to book will be automatically returned to your account. A missed reservation fee will be charged for select reservations if a cancellation is not made prior to start time (pricing chart below). From time to time we may review or update these fees. The applicable fee will be noted in the Cancellation Policy section of the class/appointment page or otherwise before you make a reservation.
