We get it, sometimes life happens and you can’t make it to your ClassPass reservation. Our cancellation policy helps us maintain strong relationships with the businesses who list on ClassPass, so we encourage you to cancel your reservation through ClassPass as far in advance as possible. For many of the businesses on ClassPass, filling reserved spots is important not only for them, but for guaranteeing you have a high-quality experience every time you book. Certain reservation patterns such as frequent cancels might have different consequences such as additional processing time of certain future reservations or restricted inventory access.

Applicable late cancel and missed reservation fees will be noted in the Cancellation Policy section of the reservation page or otherwise in the booking experience, as well as in the reservation cancellation confirmation pop-up, and the reservation confirmation email. Incurred fees apply regardless of reservation processing status and will appear on your bank statement within 5-7 business days.

In general:

Late Cancel: Reservations can generally be cancelled via ClassPass up to 12 hours prior to start time with no charge, and the credits used for the reservation will be automatically returned to your account. If a cancellation takes place within 12 hours of start time (or earlier, if an earlier deadline for cancellation without penalty is communicated), the credits will be automatically returned to your account, and a late cancellation fee will be charged (pricing chart below). At its discretion, ClassPass may choose to keep the credits instead of charging the applicable late cancellation fee.

Missed Reservation: If you miss a reservation without cancelling, the applicable credits will be automatically returned to your account, and a missed reservation fee will be charged (pricing chart below). At its discretion, ClassPass may choose to keep the credits instead of charging the applicable missed reservation fee.

Most countries, with some exceptions**, charge fees for late cancelled or missed reservations. Keep in mind, from time to time we may update these fees. The most up-to-date fee will be noted in the Cancellation Policy section of the class/appointment page or before you make a reservation.
