For the safety of others most of our studios will not permit customers to join class even if they are just a few minutes late. Most studios encourage you to arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class begins. Information regarding a studio’s arrival policy can be found on the studio's ClassPass page and will be included in your reminder email to help you prep for class in advance.
If you're concerned about making it to class on time and need to cancel, we encourage you to cancel your reservation in the ClassPass app or on the website as soon as possible - this helps ensure someone else has the opportunity to book that spot! Please keep in mind, a late cancellation fee* will be charged for select classes if a reservation is cancelled within 12 hours of start time.
