We know an unanticipated change is a bummer, so we encourage all studio partners to provide as much advance notice as possible if their instructors can't make it to their reservations.
As soon as ClassPass becomes aware of changes like this, you will receive an email and a push notification on your phone if this feature is enabled in your app. Any credits used to book the class will automatically return to your account and can be used toward a future reservation.
If an instructor can't make it and you were not informed, contact us and we can rectify the situation and ensure any credits used toward the reservation are returned to you as soon as possible.
