How do my credits work when booking with a business in the ClassPass Food & Drink program?
Just as you'd use credits for fitness, wellness, and beauty, ClassPass Food & Drink lets you use your credits for a variety of food and beverage offerings, such as salads, juices, soups, wraps, coffee, poke bowls, and more! Once you've decided how you'd like to refuel, you'll make a reservation for the food or drink item by selecting your preferred pick-up time from the business's schedule. When you arrive, let the staff know that you booked via ClassPass, and they'll start preparing your item. Once you reserve your item, your credits will be removed from your credit bank just like when booking a fitness class or wellness reservation!
Will the business know that I'm ordering through ClassPass?
Yes, the business will have received the order via ClassPass and will be expecting you. When you get to the business within the reservation pick-up window, let the staff know you booked through ClassPass, they'll confirm, and make your order!
Just so you know, reservations are not transferrable between business locations, so you'll need to pick up your item at the location where you made the reservation. Additionally, any add-ons to your order will need to be paid for out-of-pocket.
What if I decide I don't want my food or drink item and cancel my order or decide not to pick it up?
Due to the nature of our Food & Drink offerings, food and drink reservations cannot be cancelled, and credits will not be returned in the event the order is not picked up. For more information on ClassPass cancellation policies, click here.
