From the web: Log into your account on the ClassPass website, and click the ClassPass Bot icon in the lower right-hand corner to connect to Chat. There, you can be assisted via Bot or submit an email to customer support.
From the app: Log into the ClassPass app, tap the Profile tab in the lower right-hand corner, tap Settings, and tap Contact us.
