We get it, sometimes life happens, and you can't make it to your ClassPass reservation. Our cancellation policy helps us maintain strong relationships with the businesses who list on ClassPass, so we encourage you to cancel your reservation through ClassPass as far in advance as possible. For many of the businesses on ClassPass, filling reserved spots is important not only for them, but for guaranteeing you have a high-quality experience every time you book. Certain reservation patterns such as frequent cancels might have different consequences such as additional processing time of certain future reservations or restricted inventory access.

In general:

Late cancel: Reservations can generally be cancelled via ClassPass up to 12 hours prior to start time with no charge, and the credits used for the reservation will be automatically returned to your account. If a cancellation takes place within 12 hours of start time (or earlier, if an earlier deadline for cancellation without penalty is communicated), the credits used to book your reservation will be forfeited.

For venues outside of Japan, ClassPass may choose to charge a late cancel reservation fee instead of keeping the reservation credits. Applicable late cancel reservation fees will be noted in the Cancellation Policy section of the reservation page or in the booking experience, the reservation cancellation confirmation pop-up, and the reservation confirmation email.

Missed reservation: If you miss a reservation without cancelling, the credits used to book your reservation will be forfeited.

For venues outside of Japan, ClassPass may choose to charge a missed reservation fee instead of keeping the reservation credits. Applicable missed reservation fees will be noted in the Cancellation Policy section of the reservation page or in the booking experience, the reservation cancellation confirmation pop-up, and the reservation confirmation email.

Non-cancel reservation: Due to the nature of some reservations, some may be considered 'non-cancel reservations' meaning they cannot be cancelled, and credits will not be returned if they are not attended.
