Your credits will adjust automatically when you book or cancel classes. Any upcoming reservations you’ve already made will be deducted from the number of credits you have remaining. Credits are deducted from your account based on the cycle the class takes place in, not the cycle that you booked the class in.
If you have credits remaining at the end of your cycle, you can roll over up to the number of credits in your upcoming plan. Learn more about our Rollover Policy here.
You may not transfer, trade, or otherwise exchange ClassPass credits. If you’re interested in gifting ClassPass to someone, you can purchase a gift card here.
To view your remaining credits:
On the web:
Your remaining credits for your current cycle can be found in the upper right corner of your account.
On the app:
Click on "Profile" in the bottom right-hand corner of the app, your remaining credits will be displayed just below your name.
