If you are running low on credits during your current cycle, you can purchase more by:

• Upgrading to a membership plan with more credits immediately 
• Purchasing additional credits via Top-up or Add-on pack. The credits will be available immediately and your cycle renewal date will not change
  • Top-up lets you buy the exact number of credits needed to book a class
  • Add-on pack lets you make a one-time purchase of a selected credit amount

Top-up and Add-on credits are subject to our rollover policy. You can see how many of your credits will roll over at the top of the Add credits screen.

Just so you know, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable as noted in the purchase flow. Learn more about our Refund Policy here.

To purchase Top-up credits: 

1. Find the class or appointment you want to book and tap Reserve.
2. The purchase confirmation screen will show the exact number of additional credits needed to make the reservation and how much it will cost. 
3. Tap the blue Purchase and reserve button.

To purchase an Add-on pack: 

On the website:

1. Select Account from the menu bar dropdown on the right-hand side of the screen.
2. Click the black Add credits button.
3. Choose how many credits you'd like to purchase and click on your preference.
4. Confirm the number of credits and click the blue Confirm purchase button.

On the app:

1. Tap Add credits on the bottom of your screen.
2. Choose how many credits you'd like to purchase and tap Buy.
3. Confirm the number of credits and tap the blue Confirm purchase button.
