We want you to get the most out of your ClassPass experience. If you find you are unhappy with your membership, however, please reach out to us to see if there’s anything we can do to help.
There are no refunds for ClassPass membership. Any changes that you request to your membership status will apply to your next monthly cycle but we are not able to refund your membership once the month has already begun. As long as you make sure to cancel your membership 24 hours before it renews, you will not be charged for another month moving forward.
