We do not provide refunds for any used or unused months of membership. Any changes that you make to your membership status will apply to your upcoming monthly cycle. We cannot make retroactive adjustments to your current month of membership. As long as you cancel your membership at least 24 hours before your renewal date, you will not be charged for another month of membership moving forward. You can find your renewal date in your Account Settings.
