ClassPass trials and memberships automatically renew each month on your cycle date. You can cancel your ClassPass trial or membership at any time.
Please note: trial cancellations are immediate and will result in loss of credits and the cancellation of all scheduled classes. Please wait until the last day of your trial to cancel if you wish to maintain access to credits and upcoming reservations.
After a cancellation request is made you’ll receive a cancellation confirmation email from our Customer Experience team.
If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email, your request was not received.
To cancel your membership:
On the ClassPass website:
- Click on your initial on the right-hand side of the page and select Account from the drop-down.
- Click the blue Manage plan button.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Cancel my membership link.
- Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation request.
On the ClassPass app:
- Tap Profile on the bottom right of your screen.
- Select Account.
- Under Membership select the Manage plan button.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Cancel your membership.
- Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation request.
