We understand your routine can vary month by month and the importance of flexibility. So long as you remain an active ClassPass customer on a paid plan, you are able to roll over unused paid credits up to the total number of credits in your upcoming plan — every month.

For example, if you’re set to renew on a 45 credit plan, you can roll over up to 45 unused credits into your next cycle. If you are set to switch to a 27 credit plan, up to 27 unused credits will roll over. 

Also, for example, if you’re set to renew on a 45 credit plan and purchased 50 additional credits but didn’t use them, only 45 out of 50 will roll over to the next cycle.

You can still roll over up to 10 unused credits per month if you switch to a plan lower than 10 credits.

In cases of trials and promotions, ClassPass may communicate a different rollover policy.

Please note rollover credits can take up to 48 hours to appear in your account after renewal.

If you cancel your account, all remaining credits will be forfeited on the last day of your membership.
