Credits are used to book offerings through ClassPass. Please note that the number of credits needed to book an offering will vary and is determined based on a variety of factors. Learn more about how credit amounts are determined here.

The number of credits you receive each month is based on your membership plan.

• If you're running low on credits, you can always purchase more! Unused credits expire at the end of each subscription cycle, except those that roll over as specified in our rollover policy here.

Credits can only be used for the limited purpose of booking eligible offerings through ClassPass, have no cash or set value, are not transferable, or refundable, and are not redeemable for cash. Note that separate and independent from credits, you can buy a gift certificate. Gift certificates and credits are not the same thing. Our gift certificates are called "gift cards." Unlike credits, gift cards never expire.
