Awesome! You're going to love your class! After booking your reservation at a SoulCycle location, you'll receive a 'Claim your bike' email, which will prompt you to create an account or log in to SoulCycle to reserve a bike for your class.
If you're having issues claiming your bike, try refreshing the page. Alternatively, you can arrive early, and the front desk will assign you a bike.
