If you believe you made a reservation but it's not appearing on your Upcoming Reservations page or the studio's schedule, the reservation may not have been booked successfully. In such cases, no credits will be deducted from your account, and there is no need for a refund.
To confirm your booking, you can check your Upcoming Reservations page.
On the website:
- From the ClassPass homepage, click 'Upcoming' from the right side menu bar to open a list of all your upcoming reservations. You can also view past reservations you have attended and a list of your favorite places.
On the app:
- Tap the ‘Upcoming’ tab on the bottom of the screen to see your upcoming reservations. If you tap ‘Profile,’ then 'Reservations,' you can see past reservations.
