If you’re new to ClassPass your membership begins the day you redeem your gift. If you’re already a ClassPass customer, the gift will automatically apply towards your upcoming cycle. Your gift does not expire, so you can redeem it whenever you're ready!
Once your gift card is activated and you get started with your membership, your plan will automatically renew each month. You can cancel your membership at any time through your Account Settings. Membership changes must be requested 24 hours prior to your renewal date.
We offer a variety of membership options, so depending on the value of your gift and the cost of the plan you choose, a balance may be due.
If your gift is larger than the cost of your membership, you will have a monetary credit for the difference added to your account which will automatically apply towards future monthly membership charges until used in full. Once redeemed, you can view the remaining balance of your gift here.
When signing up you’ll be asked to enter your billing information in the event of any class cancellation fees or additional credit purchases. Gifts only apply to monthly membership charges.
