When does my membership begin?
Your ClassPass membership begins the day you redeem your gift, so you can start exploring classes right away! If you’re a current member, the gift will automatically apply to your upcoming membership cycle.
Why do I need to enter credit card information?
We ask for your billing information in the event of any missed class fees, late-cancellation fees (more on our class cancellation policy here), or extra credit purchases. Gifts only apply to monthly membership charges.
Why do I see a balance due after I applied my gift?
We offer a variety of different membership options in each of our cities, so depending on the value of your gift and the cost of the membership you choose, a balance may be due.
If it’s the opposite – your gift is larger than the cost of your membership – then you will have a monetary credit for the difference automatically applied to your account to go toward future months of ClassPass membership. Once redeemed, you can view the monetary value of your gift here.
Do gift memberships automatically renew?
Yes, all memberships automatically renew since ClassPass is a monthly subscription service. That being said, memberships can be cancelled at any time in your Account Settings. Be sure to request any membership changes 48 hours prior to your renewal date, which you can view here.
Does my gift expire?
Gift credit does not expire, so you can redeem it whenever you're ready!
Can I return a gift card?
