We know an unanticipated schedule change is a bummer, and that’s why we encourage all studio partners to provide as much advance notice as possible if and when they need to cancel an upcoming class.
As soon as ClassPass is made aware of the cancellation, you will receive an email with this information as well as a push notification on your phone if you have this feature enabled within the app. Any credits used to book the class will be automatically returned to your account and can be used towards a future reservation.
In the event that a class was cancelled and you were not informed, please contact us so we can rectify the situation and ensure any credits used towards the reservation are returned to you as soon as possible.
