Sometimes you may get an error message when trying to book a reservation or place a Food & Drink order. The most common error messages you may see usually relate to payment, reservation, or ordering issues. Here are some examples of error messages and what you can try.
Payments — You may see messages similar to:
- "Please verify your card number."
- "Sorry, there was an issue with the provided card."
- "The card has expired."
What you can try: Check that your card details are entered correctly, confirm the card is still valid, try a different payment method, or reach out to your card issuer.
Reservations — You may see messages similar to:
- "Reservations aren't open for this class yet. Check back soon."
- "Sorry. We can't reserve this class because your account is inactive."
- "Sorry, this class has already passed."
What you can try: Check the business's scheduling window, confirm that you have an active ClassPass membership, or look for another available class.
Ordering — You may see messages similar to:
- "Oops! This item is no longer available."
- "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again."
- "Oops! Your account isn't eligible to place this order."
What you can try: Select a different menu item, try resubmitting your order, or review your account details. Item availability is set by the participating business.
