If your payment doesn't go through the first time, don't worry; our system will reprocess the payment up to five times over the next seven days. Most payments are successful once your bank approves the charge or after you update your payment details. You can update your billing information in the ClassPass app or on the website, and the system will try to run the payment immediately. Feel free to use the same card or add a new one as needed.
