You can update your credit card information from the website and the app.
On the web:
- Go to your Account Settings.
- On the left side of the screen click ‘Billing’.
- Click "Update billing details".
- Update your payment method and billing information, then click ‘Save changes’.
On the app:
- Tap ‘Profile’ on the bottom right of the screen.
- Select ‘Settings’.
- Scroll down to ‘Billing’ and tap ‘Manage billing info’.
- Tap 'Update billing details'.
- Update your payment method and billing information, then tap ‘Save changes’.
If you're having trouble updating your payment information, there are a couple of ways to easily troubleshoot. If you're on the website, try logging into a different browser or clearing your cache and browsing history. If you're on the app, try to delete and reinstall the app.
