ClassPass Appointment Assistant is an exclusive beta program in select markets for Wellness & Beauty businesses that are not currently in the ClassPass partner network. In this program, Wellness & Beauty businesses are exclusively selected to be listed on the ClassPass platform. When ClassPass customers book an appointment, these businesses will receive a call from the ClassPass Appointment Assistant team, confirming the appointment on behalf of the ClassPass customer.
How do my credits work when booking with a venue in the ClassPass Appointment Assistant program?
Please note that this program is only in select markets. If you are booking with a venue participating in the Appointment Assistant program, prices of the venue will be converted to credits and as a customer, you’ll book these services as normal.
What is the impact to my appointment reservation with a venue in the ClassPass Appointment Assistant program?
If appointments are made with a venue in the Appointment Assistant program, they are not confirmed until ClassPass confirms on your behalf. Keep an eye out for an email communication that may offer alternative times.
At the time of the appointment, check in as you normally would - you have already paid using your credits as with a standard ClassPass reservation. Similar to an appointment with a ClassPass partner, you are responsible for any payments beyond the original service booked and tip.
Will the venue know that I am booking my appointment through ClassPass?
Your appointment time and service will be confirmed directly with the venue on your behalf from the ClassPass Appointment Assistant team.
What if I purchase credits for an appointment but my appointment is cancelled by the business? Can I get a refund?
Just like a typical ClassPass appointment or class, if a partner cancels you will receive an email notification from ClassPass and your credits will be returned to you in full.
If you purchased additional credits to book this appointment, those credits will be returned to your credit bank.
