Pauses to your membership take effect at the end of your current subscription cycle. All memberships currently on pause will remain so until in-person classes become bookable again in accordance with government mandates. You will not be billed while on a pause and, once government mandates are lifted, billing will not resume without prior notice from ClassPass.
When billing resumes you will automatically renew onto your previous plan. You can make changes to your account once you are off of pause by visiting your Account Settings.
While on a pause you can use any existing, unused credits to book livestream classes and experiences on the platform.
All unused credits held prior to a membership pause will be available for use again, as long as your account remains active.
