We totally understand that life can throw you a curveball. As such, we may be able to provide a temporary pause on your account to help during unplanned circumstances. Please reach out to us with the reason for the pause request, and we will see what we can do to make things a little easier for you!
If a pause is granted, you will not be charged and your credits will be frozen for the duration of the pause. When your pause has ended and billing resumes, you will automatically renew onto your previous plan with a new set of credits, and all unused credits from before your pause will roll over. The following month, our standard rollover policy will apply. You can change your renewal plan in your Account Settings at any time.
