We totally understand that life can throw you a curveball. As such, we may be able to provide a temporary pause on your account to help during unplanned circumstances. Please reach out to us with the reason for the pause request, and we will see what we can do to make things a little easier for you!
If a pause is granted, you will not be charged for the duration of the pause, and your access to credits will be temporarily frozen. When billing resumes, you will automatically renew onto your previous plan. Any unused credits from your billing cycle before your pause will be rolled over. After your first month back on a paid plan, our standard rollover policy will apply. You can change your renewal plan in your Account Settings at any time.
