Changing your membership plan can be done through your Account Settings.
If you upgrade to a higher-credit plan, you can choose to start the higher-credit plan immediately or for your next billing cycle.
If immediately, your billing cycle will reset to the date you made the immediate upgrade and you'll be charged for the price of your new plan the same day. Once the transaction is complete, the full number of plan credits from your higher-credit plan will be added to your credit count for immediate use!
Don’t have time to use all of those credits? No stress - we’ll roll over up to the number of credits offered in your new plan.
If you’d rather switch to a lower-credit plan, your new plan will take effect on your next billing cycle. You’ll continue to renew onto the lower-credit plan each month on your billing cycle date unless you make another plan change.
Plans are subject to change at any time.
Current membership plans can be referenced in your Account settings.
To change your plan:
On the website:
- Log into your ClassPass account.
- Click on your initial from the right hand side of the menu bar.
- Select 'Account' from the dropdown.
- Select the blue ‘Manage plan’ button.
- Select your new plan.
On the iOS app:
- Tap ‘Profile’ in the bottom right hand corner.
- Tap 'Account'.
- Tap ‘Manage plan’.
- Select your new plan.
On the Android app:
- Tap the menu button in the upper left corner.
- Tap Settings.
- Under ‘Account’ select 'Manage plan'.
