We totally understand that sometimes life throws us a curveball. As such, we may be able to provide a temporary pause to your account to help during unplanned circumstances. Pauses and membership packages vary based on location - head to your Membership Settings to see if a pause is available with your account. If you don't see pause as an option but feel you have an extenuating circumstance that may warrant a one, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do to make things a little easier for you!
Pauses to your membership take effect at the end of your current subscription cycle. When billing resumes, you will automatically renew onto your previous plan. You can make changes to your account once you are off of pause by visiting your Account Settings.
