We totally understand that life can throw you a curveball. As such, we may be able to provide a temporary pause on your account to help during unplanned circumstances. Pause options and memberships vary based on location - head to your Account Settings to see if a pause is available to you. If you don't see pause as an option but feel you have an extenuating circumstance that may warrant a one, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do to make things a little easier for you!
A Pause on your membership will take effect at the end of your current month's cycle. When billing resumes, you will automatically renew onto your previous plan. You can make changes to your account once you are off the pause period by visiting your Account Settings.
