Changing your membership plan can be done through your Account Settings.
If you’re upgrading to a larger credit plan you’ll have the option to make the change for your next cycle, or to upgrade immediately. If you choose to upgrade immediately you will be charged the difference in price between your current plan and the higher credit plan and will receive the difference in credits.
You can switch to a smaller credit plan for your next cycle. You’ll continue to renew onto the new plan each month on your cycle date unless you make another plan change.
Plans are subject to change at any time and changes must be submitted 24 hours prior to your next cycle date in order to take effect. Current membership plans can be referenced in your Membership settings.
To change your plan:
On the website:
- Navigate to your Account Settings
- Select ‘Manage your plan’
- Select your new plan
On the iOS app:
- Tap ‘Profile’ in the bottom right hand corner
- Select ‘Manage your membership’
- Under 'Membership' select 'Manage your plan'
- Select your new plan
On the Android app:
- Tap the menu button in the upper left corner
- Tap Settings
- Under ‘Membership’ select “Manage your plan’
