To update your credit card information on the website:
- Go to your account settings in the drop down menu under your name on the top right corner
- Click on "Billing" on the left side of the screen.
- Select Update "Update Billing Details"
- From there, you’ll be able to add a new credit card!
To update your credit card information on the app:
- Tap "Profile" on the bottom right of the screen
- Tap the gear icon on the top left-hand side
- Under "Billing," tap "Manage Billing Information."
- You’ll be redirected to the mobile site to update your card info
If you're having trouble updating your payment information, there are a couple ways to easily troubleshoot. If you're on the website, try logging into a different browser or clearing your cache and browsing history. If you're on the app, try to delete and reinstall the app.
