On the web:
- Go to your Account Settings
- On the left side of the screen select ‘Billing’
- Select "Update Billing Details"
- Update your payment method and billing information, then hit ‘Save changes’
On the app:
- Tap ‘Profile’ on the bottom right of the screen
- Select ‘Settings’
- Scroll down to ‘Billing’ and tap ‘Manage Billing Info’
- Update your payment method and billing information, then hit ‘Save changes’
If you're having trouble updating your payment information, there are a couple of ways to easily troubleshoot. If you're on the website, try logging into a different browser or clearing your cache and browsing history. If you're on the app, try to delete and reinstall the app.
