ClassPass is a monthly subscription membership, so it will automatically renew on the same day each month. If you sign up with a trial, your monthly cycle date is determined by the first day of your first full month of membership. Your membership begins immediately on the day you sign up, so you can start going to class!
You're able to cancel your membership or switch it to the Lite plan at any time. Any membership change you request will be applied to your upcoming cycle. You can change your membership plan by going to your Account Settings.
Please note: if you’re on our 6-month commitment plan in select cities, no cancellations can be made during the commitment period without incurring an early termination fee of $100. If you have any questions about this, feel free to contact us here.
