Your ClassPass membership will automatically renew on the same day each month at midnight. Any unused credits expire at 11:59 PM on the day before your renewal— unless they qualify under our rollover policy.
For example, if your cycle renewal date is the 11th, be sure to book and attend reservations by 11:59 PM on the 10th to use up your current cycle's credits. Reservations booked for the next cycle will pull from your upcoming credits—not your current balance.
How credit rollover works:
We know your schedule can change, so most monthly ClassPass memberships include rollover. As long as your account is active and on a paid monthly plan:
-
Unused credits that you've purchased will roll over, up to the number of credits included in your next cycle's plan. For example:
- If you're renewing on a 45-credit plan, up to 45 unused purchased credits can roll over
- If you're switching to a 27-credit plan, up to 27 purchased credits can roll over
- If you've purchased more credits than your plan allows to roll over, any extras will expire. (Ex. You bought 50 credits, but your upcoming plan is 45 credits—only 45 will roll over).
- If your upcoming plan includes fewer than 10 credits, you may still roll over up to 10 unused credits
What about trial credits?
Trial credits and any credits not purchased (such as credits included in a free or paid trial) do not roll over, unless otherwise stated during your sign-up process
If you're on a trial where you purchase additional credits, only those purchased credits are eligible for rollover—up to the limit of your upcoming membership plan, if you continue with a paid membership
If you cancel your membership:
All remaining credits, including any rolled over or purchased ones, will be forfeited on the last day of your billing cycle.
Please note that this policy is part of the ClassPass Terms of Use and may change at any time without notice.
