If you're already on a ClassPass Corporate Wellness plan and want to switch to another option from the same company, you can usually make that change right in your Account Settings.
FYI: Some Corporate Wellness plans require help from our Customer Experience team. If you don't see your options, reach out and we'll help.
To change your plan:
On the website:
- Go to Account Settings
- Select Manage plan
- Pick your new plan
On the iOS app:
- Tap Profile
- Tap Account
- Select Manage plan
- Pick your new plan
On the Android app:
- Tap Profile
- Tap Account
- Tap Manage Account
- Pick your new plan
