If you are already on a Corporate Wellness plan but would like to change to a different plan option within the same company, your Corporate Wellness plan options should be available in your Account Settings so you can make a plan change anytime at your convenience.
Just so you know, some Corporate Wellness plans require assistance from the Customer Experience team. If you are unable to access your Corporate Wellness plan options, contact us and we will be happy to update this for you!
To change your Corporate Wellness plan to a different Corporate Wellness plan within same company:
On the website:
- Go to your Account Settings.
- Select ‘Manage plan'.
- Select your new plan.
On the iOS app:
- Tap ‘Profile’ in the bottom right hand corner.
- Tap 'Account'.
- Select ‘Manage plan'.
- Select your new plan.
On the Android app:
- Tap the menu button in the upper left corner.
- Tap Settings.
- Under ‘Account’ select “Manage plan’.
To change your Corporate Wellness plan to a personal ClassPass membership or to another company's Corporate Wellness plan:
- Contact our CX team and we will be happy to update this for you.
