Some companies that partner with ClassPass offer incentive credits as part of their Corporate ClassPass membership offerings. If yours does, the credits from incentive programs will post automatically at the start of each cycle—no action required. If you think you're missing your incentive credits, your HR, benefits team, or program administrator can look into this for you.

Credits can only be used for the limited purpose of booking eligible offerings through ClassPass, have no cash or set value, are not transferable, or refundable, and are not redeemable for cash.
