To get started, you'll need your company's unique ClassPass sign-up link—and in some cases, a company code. Not sure where to find them? Reach out to your HR, benefits team, or program administrator.
New to ClassPass?
- Visit your company's sign-up link
- Enter your company code (if prompted)
- Use your company email address
- Choose your membership plan
- Add a credit card to complete setup
Currently on a personal ClassPass plan?
- Visit your company's sign-up link
- Select "Have an existing account"
- Start a chat with our Customer Experience team
- Include the following info:
- "I'd like to switch to a Corporate plan"
- The email on your current ClassPass account
- Your corporate email
- Company code (if required)
- Requested plan level
You'll transition to your company's rate at the start of your next billing cycle.
Used ClassPass before?
Follow the same steps as above. Just be sure to use the email from your previous ClassPass account when contacting our team.
