Where do I get my unique link?
Once you've accepted the offer, log in to your Impact portal (via desktop or the Impact app) to access your unique link — this is what you'll share on social media. Note: You won't be able to generate your link until you've accepted the offer.
- Desktop: Under "Create a Link" on the left-hand menu, click "Brand" > "ClassPass Creator". Under "Campaign", select the campaign you were accepted into. Under "Task", select "Custom Task", then click "Create".
- Impact app: Click "Create Link" at the bottom of the screen, select "ClassPass", and then click "Create Link".

Is my Impact link the same as the link in the app?
No. The link you generate in the app is a referral link that anyone can generate. The link generated by Impact is your affiliate program link. If you use the link in the app, it does not count towards your conversions in the program.

How can I get ClassPass to boost a video I posted?
Please make sure the video includes royalty-free music. If it doesn't, we cannot boost it. Then, send the video and the ad code to influencers@classpass.com.
