Yes! ClassPass is offering gift cards you can purchase via Shopify this holiday season. After checking out at the Shopify store, ClassPass will email you a single-use code that you can redeem via ClassPass. 

Please note: A ClassPass account is necessary for redemption. ClassPass gift cards via Shopify are not available in all markets*.

I bought a gift card. When will the recipient receive it, and what email will it come from?

You can expect your email code from team@info.classpass.com within 60 minutes of purchase.

I bought a gift card. Will I receive a receipt for my gift card purchase?

Yes, you will receive an emailed receipt within a few minutes of purchase. The subject line will be "Your gift is on the way".

I entered the wrong email, and didn't receive my code. What do I do?

Reach out to us via chat, and we'll help find it.

My order says pending review or was canceled. Why?

Confirm that the billing address and name match the card used for purchase. If that doesn't work, reach out to us, and we'll help.

Can I schedule a delivery for a future date or time zone?

Delivery of gift cards cannot be scheduled for a future date. However, if you would like to send the gift card at a future date (e.g., recipient's birthday), you can email it to yourself and forward it on the desired date.

Can I get a refund on my gift card?

ClassPass gifts cannot be returned or refunded. They can't be transferred once redeemed.

The code won't redeem or shows as already used? Why?

Confirm you are entering the correct code and check for typos. If everything is correct, reach out to us, and we will further investigate.

Can the recipient redeem without a ClassPass account? How do you redeem?

A ClassPass account is required for redemption. You can redeem your gift card during sign-up (in the checkout steps) or on the web at www.classpass.com/redeem.

Do gift cards expire?

No, ClassPass gift cards don't expire.

Can I buy more than one gift card at a time?

No, it is a limit of one gift card per order.

Is this an official ClassPass store?
