You might be in a country where your company's ClassPass plan isn't available, or using a VPN that makes it look like you are.
To fix it:
- Go to classpass.com/location
- Select and type in your correct location
- Return to your company's sign-up link and re-enter the company code (if required)
Disabling your VPN can also help ensure you're directed to the right version of the site.
