Customers who have never used ClassPass before are almost always eligible for a trial period. New trials apply only to ClassPass's fitness offerings.
If ClassPass indicates that you are not eligible for a new customer trial, it likely means you have had a previous account with us. New customer trials can only be used once per person, so if you have had a ClassPass trial before - even if it was with a different email address - you are not eligible for another. That said, ClassPass will occasionally offer reactivation offers, and customers can rejoin whenever! You can head to this link to log into your previous or existing account.
