• Members are prompted to rate their reservation when they log into their ClassPass account after attending it.
• They can only rate a reservation that they have actually attended, so you know that a rating represents a true class experience.

Overall, a studio’s star rating shows the average user rating submitted for reservations at that business over the past 90 days. The number of reviews equals the total that have been submitted for the business as a whole.
