If you’re currently on a trial membership, here are all the details you should know:
- When you trial ends, your membership will auto-renew to our monthly membership. Find out when your trial ends and what plan you'll be on when it's over by looking at the date listed on your Account page under ‘Next Cycle Begins.’
- Don’t want to keep your ClassPass membership? No hard feelings! Request any change to your plan by reaching out to us at least 3 days before your next cycle begins.
- Our class cancellation policy applies to all reservations made during your trial. Plans change? No sweat! Cancel your reservations with at least 12 hours notice (or by 5pm the day before the class for Flywheel/Flybarre) to avoid the late cancellation penalty.
- Be sure to look at what type of plan you're on because each plan allows a different number of total classes per month and a set number of visits to the same studio each month. To find out what you get with your plan, go to 'Package type' on your Account page. Once your trial ends, your class count and studio visits will reset.
