Welcome to ClassPass—we're so glad you're here! If you're currently on a trial, here's what you should know about how your account works.
What's included in your trial:
- All ClassPass trials include access to select gyms and fitness studios

Depending on your specific trial type, you will receive:
- Free first-time visit at participating gyms and studios (one per location)
- A set number of trial credits to use across eligible fitness reservations, or
- A set number of classes or gym time reservations to book throughout your trial duration

Some trial types allow you to purchase additional credits during your trial. These can be used to:
- Revisit a studio or gym you've already tried
- Book salon or spa appointments
- With some trials, you can upgrade to a monthly membership at any time to unlock full access to the app, including repeat visits and self-care appointments
What happens after your trial:
- You'll receive a reminder email before your trial ends
- If you don't cancel, your account will automatically roll into the monthly plan shown at sign-up

When your membership starts:
- Any credits you purchased will roll over up to the number of credits in your upcoming plan
- Your credit count and studio visit history will reset
- You'll unlock full app access, including repeat visits and additional businesses
- You can adjust or change your membership plan anytime in your Account Settings before your next billing cycle
Additional information to keep in mind:
- Your trial begins the day you sign up
- The standard cancellation and missed reservation fee policy applies to all reservations made during your trial
- If you cancel your trial, the cancellation is immediate. You will lose access to any remaining trial credits unless you purchased them, and all upcoming reservations. If you'd like to continue using your trial until it ends, wait to cancel on the last day
