We're so excited to hear you are trying out ClassPass! Your trial applies to our fitness offerings only. To unlock full access to our salon and spa appointments, consider upgrading to a monthly membership.
This is what you can expect during your trial:
- A one-time visit at a selection of our top-rated studios and gyms
- The ability to cancel your trial at any time
- The option to immediately upgrade your trial to a monthly membership to unlock full access to our app, salon and spa appointments, and repeat bookings.
You will receive a reminder email about your trial ending 2-3 days before you automatically renew onto a monthly membership plan so you can keep booking reservations seamlessly. When you start a monthly membership, your credit count and studio visits will reset. Your trial credits will expire and not roll over unless specified during your sign-up process. All reservations are subject to our reservation cancellation policy.
The plan you will automatically renew to is stated when you sign up for your trial. If you'd like to change your membership plan for your next billing cycle, please be sure to make any changes in advance of your cycle renewal by navigating to your Account Settings.
If you'd like to start your membership early, you can do so in your Account Settings via the app or website. When your monthly membership starts, you'll immediately have access to repeat bookings and spa and salon appointments.
If you're on a trial, please keep in mind that we're not able to delay start dates or extend the trial period, so the day that you sign up for your trial is also the first day of your trial. Our class cancellation policy applies to all reservations made during your trial and the number of credits needed to book a class may change based on a number of factors.
