We're so excited to hear that you are trying out ClassPass! If you’re on a trial, please keep in mind that we're not able to delay start dates, so the day that you sign-up for your trial is also the first day of your trial. If you aren't ready to try ClassPass just yet, we recommend waiting to sign-up. Find out more about keeping track of your cycle date here.
Our class cancellation policy applies to all reservations made during your trial. Additionally, the number of credits needed to book a class may change based on a number of factors.
If you'd like to upgrade and start your membership early, you can do so on the Plan Management page via the app or website. If you upgrade early, your paid membership will start immediately and you'll be able to access repeat bookings and spa and salon appointments.
Your trial will automatically renew onto a regular priced membership once it ends, so you can keep working out seamlessly. Don't worry, you'll receive an email 2-3 days before your trial ends as a reminder. The plan you will automatically renew to is stated when you sign up for your trial. If you’d like to change your membership plan for your next billing cycle, please be sure to make any changes in advance of your cycle renewal by navigating to your Membership Settings. Once your trial ends and you move onto a paid membership, your credit count and studio visits will reset.
