The day you sign up for a trial or a membership with ClassPass is the day your cycle date starts. Memberships do not begin on the first day you take a class so we recommend you sign up when you’re ready to get moving!

ClassPass memberships automatically renew on the same day each month. Once your membership renews, you will receive a new set of credits and you will be charged a monthly membership fee.  

To check your cycle date:

On the app:

1. Go to your Profile.
2. Tap "Account".
3. Under your credit balance, you will see “Renews ______”.

On the website:

1. Select "Account" from the menu drop down on the right side of the screen.
2. Under your credit balance, you will see "Renews_____"

Just so you know, making an immediate plan upgrade will change your cycle date to the day you made the upgrade.
