ClassPass is a monthly subscription membership, so it will automatically renew on the same day each month and you will receive a new set of credits and be charged a monthly membership fee. If you sign up with a trial, your monthly cycle date is determined by the first day of your first full month of membership. Your membership begins immediately on the day you sign up, so you can start booking reservations! 

To check your cycle date:

On the app:

1. Go to your Profile.
2. Tap "Account".
3. Under your credit balance, you will see “Renews ______”.

On the website:

1. Select "Account" from the menu drop down on the right side of the screen.
2. Under your credit balance, you will see "Renews_____"

Just so you know, making an immediate plan upgrade will change your cycle date to the day you made the upgrade.
