GO is a fitness app that connects you to audio-based fitness classes. Our trainers create every workout. Pair workouts with the music of your choice and you can work out anytime, anywhere.
What is the cost of GO?
We offer a complimentary membership to GO if you have a ClassPass membership. You can log in to GO with the same login credentials as your ClassPass account.
If you do not have a ClassPass membership, you can purchase the GO app directly through the Apple store or Google Play store.

Please note that all payment transactions and subscription management occurs directly through your Apple or Android account.
If you join ClassPass at a later date you can cancel your existing GO account, and instead, use your free GO account that comes with a ClassPass membership.
How many classes can I take per month?
GO gives you unlimited access to all audio classes. Classes range from 5 to 90 minutes. You can take one at a time or stack different classes, like a run followed by some yoga, to work out just the way you need.
How many classes are available?
We offer over 500 classes with GO.
What types of classes are offered?
A variety of classes are offered, some require equipment. Choose from running, cycling, yoga, HIIT and more. You can filter classes by class duration and experience level.
Can I hear what a class sounds like?
If you have a ClassPass membership, log in using your account information to use the GO app for free. If you don’t have a ClassPass membership, you’ll receive a 2 week free trial by signing up for the yearly subscription. There is no free trial if you sign up for the monthly subscription.
Are classes geared for the home, outdoors or gym?
You can use GO anywhere you are, and anywhere you go. All you need is the app and some headphones, so you can take a class at home, outdoors or the gym.
What if I don’t know how to do an exercise?
GO offers a range of classes for beginners, experts, and anyone in between. If you’re new to audio fitness, we have a library with visual cues where you can learn how to properly execute the different exercises for a safe and healthy workout.
Who are the instructors?
Our instructors are top-notch athletes from the most popular gyms and studios in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Each instructor is committed to making sure you’re getting the most out of your audio workout. Can I take classes with my friends?
You can listen to GO on speakers with your friends, or you and your friend can simultaneously launch the same class with headphones on.
Can I use GO if I'm outside the United States?
Yes, GO is also available in the UK, Canada, and Australia.
Does GO work with fitness trackers?
Yes, use your fitness tracker to enhance your experience and track insightful data from your workout.
What kind of music do you offer?
We have DJ-curated playlists across multiple genres, you can select a playlist based on your mood and workout. You can also integrate Apple Music.
To integrate Apple Music:
- Start a new workout
- Click the music bar at the bottom of your screen
- Click the three lines at the top right corner of the music bar to view your Music Settings
- Sync with Apple Music
Why is there no video?

How do I cancel my GO subscription?
ClassPass cannot cancel your GO subscription. Please navigate to the Apple Store or Google Play Store to cancel your GO membership:
On the iOS app:
- In the App store
- Tap your profile icon on the top right
- Select 'Manage Subscriptions'
- Select CP GO
- Cancel/adjust as needed
On the Android app:
- Open the Google Play store
- Tap 3 lines on the top left
- Select 'Subscriptions'
- Select CP GO
- Cancel/adjust as needed
