The ClassPass Insider Program encourages ClassPass customers to share their honest and authentic feedback about a fitness class or a salon or spa appointment they have attended. As ClassPass continues to grow and add more businesses to the platform, this program helps to acquire written reviews for businesses that have no written reviews at all, helping other ClassPassers to make better decisions on what to book and to improve the visibility of these businesses.
ClassPass customers who attended a reservation at an eligible business with 0 written reviews in the ClassPass Insider Program are asked to write a written review about their experience. The ClassPass Insider who is the first person to submit the first written review at an eligible business with at least 15 words will receive up to 5 ClassPass credits as a reward.
Reviews also have to include the hashtag “#classpassinsider” to be eligible for the credits reward.
How are reviewers selected for this program?
We want authentic reviews from as many customers as possible, not just a select few. This program is open to all active paying ClassPass subscribers across the United States and Canada (excluding trialers, corporate members and ClassPass influencers and affiliates) who have attended a reservation at a business participating in this program, as long as they have no history of abusive reviews and meet our eligibility criteria. We will reserve the right to remove customers from this program in case of fraudulent activities or abusive reviews.
How are businesses selected for this program?
Any active ClassPass partner in the United States and Canada with 0 written reviews on ClassPass are part of this program. After receiving 1 written review, those businesses will be automatically removed from the program. ClassPass Insiders can see the list of eligible businesses on their ClassPass app under the carousel “CP Insider” based on their location and they can search for “CP Insider”.
As ClassPass continues to add new partners to the platform, we want to help those that don’t have any written reviews yet to receive their first genuine feedback.
How are reviews rewarded?
The ClassPass Insider who attends a reservation at a participating studio, gym, salon or spa and is the first user to submit the first written review about their experience will receive up to 5 credits back if the written review contains at least 15 words and includes the hashtag “#classpassinsider”. If eligible, the gifted credits will be added to the customers’ balance immediately. They will also receive an email and push notification on their phone (provided that push notifications from the ClassPass app are enabled).
If several ClassPass Insiders attend the same class or appointment, the reward goes to whoever submitted the first written review first - so be quick!
This reward is given to thank early reviewers for sharing their honest and authentic review, regardless of the rating. The nature of the review does not affect the amount of credits you receive as a reward.
How will I know if a review is from the ClassPass Insider Program?
We ask all ClassPass insiders to include the hashtag “#classpassinsider” to their written review.
What are tips for writing reviews?
First and foremost, written reviews should be honest and based on your personal experience. The more information you share, the better! Refrain from using abusive words and follow our Community Guidelines. We recommend providing feedback on topics such as the class / service itself, the instructor / practitioner, the space / facilities, any safety and hygiene measures, location etc.
How many first reviews am I allowed to write?
There is no limit to how many first reviews you can leave at different ClassPass Insider businesses that don't have any reviews yet.
