What are the benefits to purchasing a recurring membership to a studio through ClassPass?
There are some great benefits. First, you can manage both your recurring membership and ClassPass membership all in one app, making it easy to find and book the classes you want. Plus, recurring memberships are available at member-exclusive rates, meaning you visit your favorite studios more often for less - without dipping into your credit bank.
How does a recurring membership work with my existing membership plan?
When you buy a recurring membership to a specific studio, you’ll be charged at the time of purchase with your preferred payment method, and you’ll be billed on the same date. Your ClassPass membership plan is still billed monthly on your existing cycle date, which does mean you may see two separate charges from ClassPass on different days of the month. When you book a class with the studio, you have the option to book with your class package, recurring studio membership or your ClassPass credits.
How will I be billed for a recurring membership?
You will be charged at the time of purchase with your preferred payment method we have on file and you’ll be billed monthly on the same date. For example, if you buy a recurring membership for $100 on the 25th, you will get charged the full $100 that day and will be billed on the 25th of each month going forward until termination. This day may be different than the recurring monthly membership fee for your ClassPass membership.
Can I use my recurring membership at any of a studio’s locations?
When you purchase a recurring membership, it will specify which studio locations accept that recurring membership. The locations will also be listed in the purchase confirmation email.
What is the expiration date on recurring memberships?
All classes need to be booked and taken prior to the cycle date of your monthly recurring membership. For instance, if your recurring membership billing date is November 25, you must take all classes on or before November 25. Remaining classes from a recurring membership will not roll over.
What happens if I late cancel or miss a class from my recurring membership?
If you cancel a class within 12 hours of class time or miss class, there are no cancellation fees, but you will forfeit that class.
How do I cancel my recurring membership?
To cancel your recurring membership, select the recurring membership from the Memberships page of your Account Settings. Below the recurring membership’s details you’ll see a “Cancel membership” button. After you cancel, you will receive a confirmation screen. Please be sure to cancel your membership at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled billing date.
