If I don’t feel well or safe traveling to class, will I be charged?
If you have an upcoming reservation within the 12-hour late cancellation window and don’t feel comfortable attending, or if you missed a class due to COVID-related concerns, please connect with us via our Contact Us form by selecting Reservations > I have a question about a reservation > I have a question about the late/missed class policy.
Will my unused credits continue to roll over?
We understand your routine can vary month by month and the importance of flexibility right now.
If your membership is paused, all unused credits will continue to roll over until membership billing resumes. All unused credits from your paused state will be available during your first month on a paid plan.
After the first month, so long as you remain an active ClassPass customer on a paid plan, you are able to roll over up to the total number of credits in your upcoming plan — every month.

I'm experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. Should I still take class?
If you're feeling unwell, we recommend that you stay home from class and take the opportunity to recharge. It’s also important to stay home to avoid potentially endangering those around you. Please consult local health authority guidance in your area.
