How is my ClassPass membership impacted?
The safety of our global community - including customers, partners and employees - is a top priority. Earlier this year, ClassPass proactively paused membership billing in nearly all markets we operate in given the impact of COVID-19 on in-person fitness and wellness experiences. We continue to monitor local regulatory and safety environments to ensure our membership policies address, and evolve with, the COVID-19 pandemic.
How long will my membership be paused?
Membership billing will remain paused until local conditions make it possible for customers to return to a wide variety of in-person fitness and wellness experiences in their area.
If you’re ready to get back to class, you can unpause your account and restart your monthly credit allotment at any time by going to the Manage my membership page and selecting a plan that works best for you and your “new normal.”
A few things to note:
- You will be notified before monthly membership billing resumes, with time to make any necessary plan changes.
- All unused credits in your account will roll over into your first paid month. After your first month, our new, more generous rollover policy will take effect - allowing you to roll over up to the total number of credits in your upcoming plan each month.
- If you don’t feel quite ready, you can go to the Manage my membership page to explore ongoing pause and low-credit plan options in your market.
No matter how your routine changes, you can always add more credits, change your plan or cancel anytime - now with no reactivation fee if you decide to return to ClassPass at a later date.
I'm working from home or self-quarantined. How can I stay active through ClassPass?
ClassPass is committed to empowering our customers with options to maintain their wellness routines, especially during times of stress or uncertainty. We realize some of our customers live in areas where it’s necessary to self-quarantine or work from home, and that some customers may prefer to wait to return to in-person classes and services.
To help you stay active while social distancing, we are now offering a digital-only membership, ClassPass at Home, that gives you unlimited access to livestream and on-demand workout options from top studios around the globe.
