How does ClassPass at Home work?
ClassPass at Home can be added onto your existing, credits-based membership or can be purchased as a standalone membership. A ClassPass at Home membership gets you unlimited access to thousands of on-demand classes and select livestream classes from top-rated studios and digital fitness brands from all over the world.

Can I try ClassPass at Home before purchasing a membership?
We understand the importance of “try before you buy,” which is why existing ClassPass customers with a standard credits membership will be sent a link to try ClassPass at Home with a free two week trial. Didn’t receive the link? Contact us and we’ll be happy to help!
Two days before the end of your ClassPass at Home trial, we’ll send you a reminder email. After your free trial, your subscription to ClassPass at Home will begin. You can change your subscription at any time in your account settings.

Can I have a ClassPass at Home membership and a standard credits membership?
Yes! You can purchase a ClassPass at Home membership on its own, or pair it with a standard credits membership for in-person classes. If you opt for both, you’ll be billed for each membership on the same day every month to keep things simple.
If your standard membership is currently on pause, rest assured it will remain paused, with full credit rollover, until further notice — even if you subscribe to the ClassPass at Home add-on. You will receive an email prior to any billing and membership changes. Ready to get back at it? You can unpause your account at any time by going to the Manage My Plan page.
What happens to my credits during my ClassPass at Home trial?
Your credits are unaffected by your ClassPass at Home trial. If your credits are currently paused, they will remain paused. If you are using credits to book paid livestream or in-person classes or appointments, you can continue to do so.
Using ClassPass at Home
Where do I find workout videos?
For customers with a trial or paid ClassPass at Home membership, visit classpass.com/videos for access to all on-demand videos.
How do I find ClassPass at Home video workouts on the ClassPass website (recommended)?
On the main page (classpass.com/videos), click on “on-demand classes” or “View All” to access the full catalog of videos ( classpass.com/videos/partners). Once you land on the catalog page, you can use the filters on the left hand side to filter by genre, equipment.
How do I find ClassPass at Home video workouts in the ClassPass app?
You can also find videos in the app by navigating to your home screen and clicking on the “on-demand videos” home card, which will redirect you to the “Videos” page on the app. You can find all our “Partner Videos” by scrolling to the bottom of the page.
Can I favorite classes to watch again?
Yes! You can favorite classes on web or the app using the “heart” button on the video page. You can then find these videos under your Favorites in your ClassPass profile.
How do I find:
Beginner classes? Select “101s” under the genres filter or look for “Beginner” in the class’ name.
Cycling or Spinning classes? Find all cycling classes under the “Cardio” genre.
Classes that use the equipment I have at home? Just use our “Equipment” filters!
What is the difference between livestream and video on-demand content?
Livestream workouts are broadcasted live by our studio partners at a set time — giving you the “in-class” experience with live instruction and a group setting, all from the comfort of your own home.
On-demand classes are previously-recorded workouts that ClassPass at Home customers can start, stop and replay whenever. Check out our video on-demand content at classpass.com/videos.
Are on-demand classes included in ClassPass at Home?
Yes, all on-demand classes are included in ClassPass at Home. We have thousands of brand-new videos that we have curated from our top studio partners around the globe. These new on-demand videos are only accessible with a ClassPass at Home membership.
How is ClassPass at Home different from the free on-demand videos I already have access to (i.e., ClassPass Live)?
ClassPass at Home offers access to thousands of new on-demand videos produced by top fitness brands around the world. These videos are not currently included in the on-demand videos that are included with your standard ClassPass membership.
You can still access your favorite ClassPass Live videos with ClassPass at Home by selecting “ClassPass Live” as the partner.
Are livestream classes included in ClassPass at Home?
Select livestream classes are included in ClassPass at Home. Once you have signed up for ClassPass at Home, certain livestream classes will show up as a 0-credit option. You can search for these classes by setting your “credits” filter to 0 credits.
Any livestreams that are not included in ClassPass at Home can be booked using credits.
How do I book a livestream class?
You can search and book livestream classes the same way you’d book an in-person class, through the mobile app or by visiting ClassPass website. Once you have signed up for ClassPass at Home, certain livestream classes will show up as a 0-credit option. Livestream classes are denoted with a livestream icon, and will often have "livestream" or "streaming" in the title. You can also search for “livestream” directly in the search bar. Note that any free livestream classes will remain available to all ClassPass customers, regardless of your ClassPass at Home membership status.
Once you find a livestream option that works for you, simply click the “Reserve” button and after reviewing the class time and details, click the “Confirm reservation” button. The link to access your virtual class will be emailed to you at least 20 minutes prior to class. You can also find the link by clicking into the reservation in your “Upcoming Classes” tab.
How do I access video on-demand content?
The ClassPass library of free on-demand videos are available for all ClassPass customers at classpass.com/videos. To access on-demand videos from studio partners, a ClassPass at Home membership is required.
How can I see which studios offer digital content?
Visit http://classpass.com/videos/partners and use the studio filters to see all studios included in the ClassPass at Home membership.
Can I continue to book pay-as-you-go livestream classes?
Yes. You can continue to use your credits to book livestream classes, even if you have a ClassPass at Home membership.
Are there missed class or late cancel fees for livestream content?
Unlike in-person classes, there are no monetary fees incurred for late cancelling or missing a livestream class.
For pay-as-you-go livestream: If you cancel prior to class time, there is no charge, and any credits used to book the reservation will be automatically returned to your account. If you miss the class, there is no charge, but the credits used will be forfeited.
For ClassPass at Home livestream: Given all livestream classes are included in the monthly membership fee, there are no charges or credit implications for late cancelling or missing class as a ClassPass at Home customer.
