To change your membership plan on the website, go to your account settings and select ‘Manage My Plan.’
To change your plan on the app, tap ‘Profile’ on the bottom of the screen, then tap the gear in the upper left-hand corner. Find ‘Membership’ and select ‘Manage my plan.’
If you want to switch to a plan with fewer classes, your plan change will occur at the start of your upcoming cycle. If you want to switch to a plan that offers more classes than your current plan, you have 2 options:
1) Switch to the new plan at the start of your next cycle
2) Change to the new plan immediately and get charged the difference. Any unused classes will be counted towards your new plan so you can still take the classes you paid for. Your cycle date won’t change, which means on your next billing date, you’ll be charged the full plan rate of your new plan. Additionally, any previous visits to studios still apply.
Not all memberships are guaranteed but when you switch, you will be able to choose from any of the membership options currently available. Not sure what plans are available? Check out the options in your city.
