Switching your membership to our Lite plan is a great option if you're recovering from an injury or traveling to a city without ClassPass. Just like our other plans, you'll be charged monthly and receive a certain number of credits each month - both of which vary by city.
On the website:
- Navigate to your Account Settings.
- Click the 'Cancel my membership or take a break' link.
- Click 'Switch to ClassPassLite.'
On the iOS app:
- Tap 'Profile' at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the gear/settings icon in the upper left corner.
- Under 'Membership' select 'Manage my plan.'
- Tap 'Cancel my membership or take a break.'
- Tap 'Switch to ClassPassLite.'
On the Android app:
- Tap the menu button in the upper left corner.
- Tap Settings.
- Under 'Membership' select 'Manage my plan.'
- Tap 'Cancel your membership or take a break?'
- Tap 'I'd rather cancel or take a break.'
- Tap 'Switch to ClassPassLite.'
You can stay on the Lite plan for as many cycles as you'd like and there is no fee to return to a higher credit membership option. Any classes taken while on the Lite plan are still subject to our class cancellation policy.
You can only switch to the Lite plan for your upcoming cycle - we're not able to accommodate retroactive plan changes once your cycle begins. Membership changes must be submitted prior to your next cycle renewal in order to take effect for that cycle.
