Do sports count as a class for the cycle?
No, you can play sports as often as you like for free. You can even play sports if you've hit your class limit for your cycle.
Can I drop into a game?
No, we ask all members to sign up in advance for a spot in the game. This helps to ensure all teams are even and holds everyone accountable to play.
Can I bring non-ClassPass users to games?
Your friends will need to have a ClassPass account to book a spot, but we’ve got you covered! If there's another open spot when you book your spot you’ll see an invite-a-friend pop up with a link you can share. As long as your friend creates a ClassPass account and signs up for the game ahead of time, they can join you at the game!
If the pop-up link doesn't appear, you can also refer your friend with our referral program. You can read more about that here: Can I refer friends to ClassPass?
I don't see any sports listed where I live?
Sports are only available in some cities right now, but we will be adding them to additional cities throughout the year. Keep checking back and be sure to let us know if you have any requests for us to bring sports to your city!
What types of Sports are available on ClassPass?
There’s everything from soccer, to volleyball, basketball, dodgeball, and even bocce. We‘re also adding more sports throughout the year, so we encourage you to check back often. If you don’t see a sport that you’re interested in playing please let us know. We’re working hard to find the very best sports experiences in your city but would love to know your feedback if we’re missing anything.
What is the cancellation policy if these games are free?
Your teammates are depending on you. If you’re unable to attend, please kindly cancel at least 12 hours before game time, so that another player can take your spot. If you cancel within 12 hours of game time, you will be charged the standard ClassPass late cancellation fee.
